Matthew Fox is a former Catholic Priest and internationally known teacher, theologian and activist. Durning this workshop, Matthew will share powerful experiences and techniques of using forgiveness to alleviate grieving and create conscious evolution. Grief is an essential part of transformation. But very often our religious and educational institutions are failing to teach us how to grieve well. In this community immersion, we will join acclaimed theologian and author Matthew Fox to rediscover the importance of grieving our losses in order to release our creativity. According to Matthew Fox, an effective grief ritual helps to dissolve the "stone in the heart" created by our grief so that the full range of our feelings can truly flow again.

Rev. McArthur brings a foundation of more than 28 years as a Unity minister and over 12 years as a Certified Independent Trainer in the HeartMath system to support his powerful teachings.

In explaining his teaching, Rev. McArthur states, "In searching for the underlying understanding of human transformation, the Institute of HeartMath researchers discovered that the heart is the central instrument in the transformation process …by choosing heart-based feeling states, we take the heart into a change that transforms its own patterns, creating a powerful, highly ordered pattern that is then sent to the brain, and transforms the brain into a higher state of functioning. The new pattern also transforms our emotional processing mechanism, lifting us out of reactive states and into emotional balance." More Details ...
